Hi there, An old gas heater has been removed. I need someone like a handyman to dismantle and remove the wooden frame that was built into the wall. The gas line underneath the floor has been capped. It’s also ideally to leave me with a clean finish for later painting. Thank you

There are some areas of our stairs and upstair floor that make squeaky sounds when stepping on it. We’d like someone to fix it before we replace our carpet, potentially pull out the carpet and glue the board etc.

We have cabinets on site for installation, most rooms need 're work' on the cabinets pull apart, cut put back together than install. There are a few cabinets so 2 people or 3 is recommended. we need 2-3 guys for 3 days on site, we will come out and help guide you but after we will leave you to work.

Sand, stain and vanish the interior window, around 6 windows. The task seems easy and I plan to DIY , I have all materials and did one window by myself, but it’s hard to finish all as I have to take care baby and it’s dusty when sanding. The area around the openable part of the window has been slightly affected by rain and sunlight, so there's some minor mould and will need a bit cleaning and more sanding. The rest of the window is in good condition and only needs light sanding, stain and varnish. I’d like to keep the original colour as much as possible.
