One wooden window frame with rot to be repaired or replaced.

Need to repair 2 water-damaged/swollen cabinet panels in bathroom. They were repaired before but the result is not ideal. Need the swollen panels repaired as thin and close to the original condition as possible, with the appearance matching the undamaged panels. The cabinet door and bottom-right drawer are currently difficult to open and need to open smoothly after repair. Please supply all materials, paint and tools.

In our ensuite bathroom there is some wood skirting that is damp and rotting near the edge of the shower

Hi, I have a timber post where the bottom has rotted out where it meets the ground. The post is sitting directly in gravel/soil with no footing. What I'm after: • Temporarily prop/support the beam above (the post appears to be load-bearing) • Cut off the rotted section back to sound timber • Install a galvanised post stirrup/anchor on a concrete footing so the post sits clear of the ground • Splice in new treated pine if needed to make up the height

Kitchen cabinet needs to replaced and repaired ( some doors) because Some water damage. To do this sink may have to be removed first, not sure about this. One of the damaged hinge in one particle board and this particle board is attached to a dishwasher. Pls check photos if this can be done quickly.

Hi there, An old gas heater has been removed. I need someone like a handyman to dismantle and remove the wooden frame that was built into the wall. The gas line underneath the floor has been capped. It’s also ideally to leave me with a clean finish for later painting. Thank you

There are some areas of our stairs and upstair floor that make squeaky sounds when stepping on it. We’d like someone to fix it before we replace our carpet, potentially pull out the carpet and glue the board etc.
