Hello I need a carpenter to pop all the skirting boards without damaging the paint on the walls. I’m getting floating floor boards installed which will raise the height of the floorboards by 5mm. Max budget $200. It’s a 3 bedroom apartment that is currently carpeted. If you want to quote $200 for removal and $300 for putting back please say so in your message and we can create a second job for you. DON’T APPLY if you aren’t qualified to remove the skirting boards without damaging the existing paint beyond the 5mm higher new skirting board height.

To fix kitchen cabinets & plywood flooring. Some portion of plywood floor in kitchen has come off. So the plywood floor needs to be fixed and need to replace a kitchen cabinet board below sink area and the cabinet door as well.

As per the attached photo, I want a cabinetmaker or carpenter to build wrap around book shelves on these two walls with cupboards at the bottom of the larger wall. The measurement of the large wall is 2.74m wide by 2.55m high. The smaller wall is same height but 1.12m wide at the top, tapering to 0.88m at the bottom. We’re looking someone ASAP.
