We need help building a joinery unit in our apartment. Example pictures and wall attached. Wall is 280cm by 270cm (w/h). Paint color in a glossy white.

I want to create a vertical queen murphy bed in the guest bedroom (3.7m x 3.2m). Importantly, when it is put away, there needs to be a desk and a mounted monitor ready to be used as an office desk. Also, on one side, it will have some simple shelving because it will be adjacent to a sliding wardrobe (therefore, cannot be a closed cupboard). Plaster above joinery ~3300mm x 300mm in place of mdf board (mdf board can be removed prior to job).

A two door Fisher Paykel integrated fridge kit needs adjustment and the joinery door for the freezer needs to be rehung. The fridge door scrapes the side of the joinery cabinet and at times prevents the fridge from closing tightly. We need a skilled and experience joiner or handyman to realign the fridge location in the cabinet space, hang the freezer door and re-attached the integration kit to the joinery doors. I would expect the task to take 1-1.5hr max.

Replace the door front finish

I’m looking for someone who can replace these cupboard doors with flat wood finish (no detail as current design) running up to ceiling. Ideally in a 2pac or paint finish and soft touch opening. Unsure of what something like this would cost, so open to all reasonable quotes.

I have one cupboard in our office on which I need the old lock removed and a new one installed. I need two keys with the lock.

Remove old integrated fridge and install new one. Ventilation ducts need installing in kicker below and above to allow passive air flow (ie, fans not required). Photos show kicker and cupboard above fridge, which has approx 200mm gap behind it. Grills to be extra at cost, once appropriate ones identified.

Require 2 sets of two pull drawers on runners to be installed - one under a bathroom sink and one under the kitchen sink Also require two floating shelves on top of a cabinet in the pantry. 250mm by 1200mm roughly. Colour and wood to match existing cabinets. Need to visit measure and discuss prior to finalising
