Hello, We are in need of someone to complete our current DIY closet cabinet renovation in our en-suite. Currently, we have almost finished the back side ourselves with the LED lighting. We just have to install the bottom drawers. This was done very DIY style, as you can see in the photo. We need help with the right side, starting from scratch. We will order the MDF for the cabinets but need someone to essentially create the cabinets and put them together according to the attached design. My partner, who is a sparky, would like to do it together as he wants to also learn throughout the process. Here is a reference of the design, although we may have to adjust it to the actual closet dimensions. For example, the right side of the cabinet design goes all the way to the top of the wall. However, our actual closet has a cornice at the top, which does not allow us to go all the way up. We have the design idea but will need help with the dimensions of the cabinets for the right side as well. However, we can discuss the details later. As my partner is a sparky he will guide around the LED lighting set up and do the electrical work. I have also attached a photo of what our closet currently looks like. We do have tools in the garage for most of the work. However, a walkthrough of our closet and the tools is probably required (if you need more or specific tools), and if you have your own additional tools that you think would help, that would help. We are looking for someone experienced in cabinet making and has done several projects with a portfolio as we would like your guidance and expertise. The start date can be decided together. Repair front door jamb and recut latch recesses Looking for a carpenter or experienced handyman to repair the timber around our front door’s strike plate. The smart lock works properly, but the existing recesses have been poorly cut and adjusted over time. This sometimes prevents the door-closed sensor from sitting correctly, triggering an alarm even when the door is closed. The job involves: * Checking the door and hinge alignment. * Repairing the damaged area with a fitted timber insert. * Accurately recutting the recesses and refitting the existing strike plate. * Testing that the door closes and locks reliably without triggering the alarm. * Sanding, priming - I can paint as needed at a later date. Getting the recesses and alignment right is the main priority. Photos show the area with and without the strike plate.

Looking for someone experienced with wall mounting to securely install 2 stainless steel shelves above my coffee station. I’ll attach a photo of the actual unit/coffee machine and a render showing roughly how I want the shelves positioned. The shelves need to be: * centred properly on the wall * level and securely mounted * with the lower shelf around 2–4 inches above the top of the coffee machine * evenly spaced above each other Please note the shelves look slightly off-centre in the render, but I want them properly centred to the wall in real life. Would prefer someone with experience mounting shelves and checking wall type/fixings to make sure they’re secure.

Our shed floor needs replacing. We can strip out the existing floor but we need help doing a couple rip cuts on plywood panels. It will just be placing and screwing down the three panels onto the existing joists. I need someone to assemble a vidaXL stainless-steel BBQ sideboard for my own backyard in Prahran 3181, Australia. The cabinet (SKU 51051, EAN 8719883680934) measures 120 × 50 × 95–97 cm, with an 85 cm tabletop, 20 cm adjustable legs, a 10 cm backsplash, two sliding doors, and storage space. Assembly instructions are provided. The parts are on hand; I have some tools but am unsure exactly which tools are needed. Assembly is preferred around 8 October 2026, with flexible timing if needed.

I have a problem with a leaking balcony into my garage. I will be organising this to be repaired by a builder but will first get a structural engineer to fully assess the area and work out what scope the project requires. However he needs the ceiling to be opened up so all areas with mould are exposed. See red box on photo for area that needs removing. Additionally the engineer won’t do any invasive testing like probing joists to check the condition of the wood. I would appreciate if this could be done as part of the job.

Honestly don’t mind the cost.. would rather pay more for a good job done well with good communication. 75 was my initial offering. I don’t have any of the screws/equipment needed. Looking for someone to install a stainless steel wall shelf onto the brick wall pictured. Shelf, brackets and original mounting hardware/fixings are all supplied. I also have the installation instructions. It needs to be mounted securely and level on the front of the brick wall, underneath the TV, just below the power points. Please take appropriate care when drilling and ideally have a detector to check the area before drilling. Should be a fairly quick and straightforward job for someone with the correct masonry drill/tools and experience mounting into brick. Located in Prahran. Looking for help with the following: 1) cupboard underneath sink has sagging middle shelf as it has been bearing too much weight. Require requires a fix or replacement plank. Replacement plank would require a hole in it for pipes. 2) there is some minor rusting around the pipe that connects the dishwasher outlet to the plumbing.
