Approximate requirements: • Around 1200 mm wide • Approximately 1000 to 1200 mm deep, final dimensions can be confirmed based on the chair • Approximately 450 mm high • Strong enough to safely support approximately 200 kg combined load, with an appropriate safety margin • Solid finished top suitable for a chair • Sides to be neatly enclosed/finished • Neat, professional finish similar to the reference photos We are open to your recommendation on the best construction method and materials to make it strong, safe and cost-effective. Hang a net Frame to extend above the existing fence to hang outdoor sports netting to stop basketballs going into the neighbouring property. Total height 4m Netting should be securely supported and able to withstand repeated basketball impacts Ideally allow the net to be removed/replaced later if required. For basketball-only use, 100 mm mesh outdoor UV-treated sports netting is suitable, and a tensioned top cable or properly supported frame helps prevent sagging. Treated pine is ok. Hi, I am looking for a skilled carpenter to remove and reinstall two newly installed door jambs on a single door. I had these installed earlier this year (to replace water damaged ones), however they were installed at a slightly different angle (still level) to the originals. This means the wall edge sticks out further / not flush like before. Its more noticable in person. Apparently, jambs can be carefully pried off without splitting them or causing wall damage (see image). If the above is not possible however, I'm open to just leaving it as is. Looking for someone to install a stainless steel wall shelf onto the brick wall pictured. Shelf, brackets and original mounting hardware/fixings are all supplied. I also have the installation instructions. It needs to be mounted securely and level on the front of the brick wall, underneath the TV, just below the power points. Please take appropriate care when drilling and ideally have a detector to check the area before drilling. Should be a fairly quick and straightforward job for someone with the correct masonry drill/tools and experience mounting into brick. Located in Prahran. Happy for you to use your own suitable masonry fixings instead of the supplied ones if you think they’ll provide a better/safer installation.

Looking for help with the following: 1) cupboard underneath sink has sagging middle shelf as it has been bearing too much weight. Require requires a fix or replacement plank. Replacement plank would require a hole in it for pipes. 2) there is some minor rusting around the pipe that connects the dishwasher outlet to the plumbing. Remove four existing flush-mount cabinet hinges (two per door) and fit new ones. Remove two existing double ball latches (top and bottom strike plates & catches) and install new replacements. Make sure the doors are properly aligned, swing freely, and catch securely. Access under the sink is straightforward; photos attached show the current hardware and cabinet layout.

The attached photographs include measurements of the affected areas; however, the successful Tasker should confirm all dimensions on site before purchasing/cutting materials. We are looking for a neat, professional repair rather than a temporary patch.

Timber courtyard door at an apartment in Richmond has become tight and is sticking/rubbing against the frame, particularly around the latch side. It takes more force than it should to open and close and can make quite a bit of noise when closing. Looking for someone to inspect and adjust the door so it opens and closes smoothly. It may need to be planed/shaved slightly and the exposed timber resealed, or otherwise adjusted as appropriate. Ideally looking to have this done fairly soon as the apartment is about to be made available for a long-term tenant.

1 mirrored bathroom cabinet to be installed

Two floorboards are damaged and need replaced. The replacement boards don't need to perfectly match (this is coming ahead of a later renovation), but a close stain would be great.

We are adding carpet to 3 bedrooms and we need someone to shave the bottom of 12 doors (3 bedrooms and 9 wardrobe doors). The doors have been removed and labeled. We need the doors cut onsite which can be done outside or in our garage and then rehung the same day. The house is in Essendon.
