Existing door needs to be removed, new door picked up (most likely from Bunnings), planed to size, doorknob transferred from old door, and the door hung & adjusted. I have a small brick shed (an old outhouse) out the back of my unit and I’d like to build a small workbench which covers the hot water unit, as well as shelves and hooks to store camping and gardening equipment. At the moment everything is piled on the floor. I’d need someone to come and look at the space first to measure it up and work out a plan for where the shelves would go in and would imagine it’d be a days work all up. There is a door which swings inwards and a small window to consider and I don’t know where to start! Will also cover cost of materials in addition to the price. We have two rooms on a commercial property that need to have cornice installed, plus stopping and sanding of plater walls that are already installed. Planned plasterer and team have come down with covid so need replacement team. One room is 7.25m long x 2.6 wide but one one wall has 2 columns to work around. In smaller 3.3x2.6 has half a column to deal with. Will need to provide supplies/materials. NOTE: We are located in Brunswick however, these can be made offsite and brought to Brunswick on completion. We require 3x custom volleyball ref stands to be made in steel (see picture - note picture is not one of our own stands just a replica of similar). The stand should be no more than 600mm x 6oomm in depth, the platform for the seat (you don't need to include a seat), must sit 2.10m from the ground. A ladder on the side of the structure will allow access, and a safety barrier should be on all sides except where the person would climb up the ladder. The strucure must support somoene up to 150kg weight. Finally, the legs of the structure should have a flat sqauare melded to it so we can dynabolt the structure to the ground. - Due date: Before Sunday, 15 January 2023
