Need a carpenter for a day repairing small issues around house. I will need your help to pick up a new door and timber from bunnings for the work. There are two houses to work, both in Ashwood, near Chadstone. Budget is hourly rate on offer. Only experienced carpenter plz.

1. Light sanding of new doors to remove loose bits of timber so the door is smooth and wood grain is shown. Clean any stickers or unintended items on the doors. 2. Stain three doors and one new frame (at least two (2) coats of stain for each door) 3. Only one solid door to be stained 4. Two other doors have glass in the middle to be stained - less surface area 5. One new door frame to be stained 6. One old door frame requiring minor black paint touch ups 7. Caulking required around the new door frame - inside and outside on all the gaps. Outside around the doorframe has been filled with expansion foam, just need to sand off loose bits of foam and caulking to go over the foam around the frame for aesthetics. Need white, grey and black caulking materials. 8. Quote should include all labour and materials (ie mainly caulking, some minor fillers, minor touch ups and black paint for minor door frame touch ups), except for the black staining paint for doors and white paint for surrounding. 9. Black staining paint and all white paint for architrave - door frame border, supplied by us. 10. All doors have some level of shelter from direct rain ie from Pergola or porch. Existing. 11.
