We have 3 jobs that we need done: 1) Saw off a metal hook that is embedded in the wall (used to hold heavy wall art), so this can be patched and painted. It will likely require an electric saw. 2. Reinforce a wooden fence that has been knocked around by the wind and as a result one or two planks of wood are at risk of coming off. It will likely require an electric drill. 3. Put up a door/cover for the storage area under the stairs s that is currently open. Given the slope, we imagine an accordion-like door/cover would work best for ease of access to the narrower end of the stairs. Pictures available on request. Thanks

I have a door that swings out into my garage. I want to change the direction so that it ideally swings inward into the house in the direction shown in the 3rd photo. This might need the bottom seal to be refitted if the door is flipped or the door knob to be moved. But happy to discuss easiest option before progressing. I would like the old gap where the hinge is filled in, sanded down etc.
