Hi, I need help in fixing door latch. I have a new latch with me just that it does not fit as the hole is bigger than the latch as the previous latch needed to be damaged. We have two options - 1. Either try to fix a latch in the current door and patch up the hole. 2. Get a new door and attach the door latch. Attaching a photo od the door.

We have installed half of a door handle, but don't have the required tools to complete the second half.

Old mesh in wooden screen door needs to be replaced with aluminium mesh. Current fixings are screws and silicon caulk on inside edge (see images). Approx dimensions 1880x670. Need 6 internal doors installed (with knob to twist) and 6 cupboard doors (just handled) - I will provide all the doors from Bunnings. Paint, fit and install for the doors please. This weekend would be great.

The door seems to sag due to weather , making it hard to open and shut without having to push it hard. Might need to remove door and sand down or adjust the hinges.

Remove current door and hang new, door, with hinges already attached to the door. Door still needs to be purchased from Bunnings

Manual Garage roller door adjustment. When pulled down and closed, it comes back up too far leaving a gap at the bottom. Not sure if its a weather seal issue or a tension issue but the seals look fine. Would like it to sit properly shut against the concrete.
