Need an experienced handyman or signage installer to mount and bolt rigid signage panels across the upper-level balustrade/verandah posts (see attached photos). Scope of Work: Securely mount the signage panels to the existing steel posts/uprights. Hardware requirement: Fasteners must be installed with washers (as shown in the reference photo) — please use rubber/neoprene protective washers against the steel posts to prevent scratching/corrosion, and wide/square load-spreading washers on the front to protect the sign face from damage and wind pull. Ensure the sign is level, plumb, and firmly fastened for outdoor commercial exposure. Clean up any metal shavings or packaging on completion. Access & Site Details: Location: Mount Evelyn, VIC Dimensions: Sign is 7m × 1.8m (3 panels). Supplied vs Required: Supplied by owner: Printed sign panels on-site (3 vinyl banners). Tasker to bring: Heavy-duty cordless drill/driver and metal drill bits. Appropriate outdoor-rated fixings (bolts, nyloc nuts or metal screws, square/wide washers, and rubber/nylon protective washers). Appropriate ladder or safety step equipment if required. Please specify your experience with signage or metal bracket installation and confirm whether you will supply the bolts/washers when submitting your offer.

Hey guys, just visited my mum’s place and realised she’s been living with a busted door for a few weeks. The wooden sliding door (pictured) must have disconnected from whatever is the upper sliding track because we can only open it with like, brute force. It doesn’t look like it’s just fallen off or out of line - the lower and upper are both aligned with where it should be - so I’m guessing it might just be whatever mounts the door to the sliding component. There’s a lot of pets here so not having easy access to outside is really, really tough for her. Really, really happy for anyone to quote it please - if you’ve got a ballpark of what this would cost or what fixing could entail, that’s great to comment. Thanks heaps!
