Door frame sinking on one side. I did sanding but i feel like it is sinking faster than I sand it. So I am looking for a more permanent fix. the sink is about 10mm at the top of the frame. Which one is more suitable? 1. rehang the door frame 2. or maybe get underneath to reinforce the foundation? Please offer your solution and price and I will consider if it is reasonable. Thank you!

I have purchased metal gate frames and some colourbond panels which I need put together and then installed in between 2 brick pillars around the side of my house. I’ve got the 4 colourbond sheets already, unfortunately they got a little scratched in me transporting them and I would like them mounted sideways to match the style of the garage door. Also one of the brick pillars is a little off centre with a 20mm movement over the 1500mm height. I also have some of the hardware (bolts and rivets) but not sure if it’s all sufficient. Not sure how much this impacts your offer and ability to complete

My back door’s scraping on the floor when it opens in, and the deadlock’s out of whack so it won’t lock properly anymore. It’s a timber door, opens inward, latch side rubbing the floor. Looks like it’s dropped a bit on the hinges. Just need someone handy with doors to: - Check and tighten/adjust hinges - Plane or sand if needed - Realign the deadlock so it locks smoothly

I need to install an interior door,The simplest chipboard door for $60. The door has a handle, but I need to trim the door by 0.5 cm on each side, left and right, since the door is not standard. Door to a commercial bathroom suite has probably sunk or was never properly fitted in the first place. Simply needs to be removed from hinges and buzzed with a plane. I am happy as the poster to assist with holding door and lifting it as required during process. Possibly the easiest handyman job on AirTasker. I simply can't do it myself as it's a two man job to hold door as the hinge pins are refitted. Budget is of course negotiable within realistic expectations.

I’d like to change the swing direction of my ground floor storeroom door from inward opening to outward opening. Standard internal door (approx. 820mm wide) Existing hinges and handle may need to be moved. Door and frame are in good condition. Needs to open smoothly and securely from the outside Patch old hinge/lock holes if needed. Please let me know if you can supply hardware or if I should buy new hinges/lock.
