Haven't used the garage door for a while and the remote control was lost. So i replaced one in shopping centre. But then the garage door does not lift even the motor is power on. I lifted the door manually once before the remote control was replaced.

There is a foldable door with sliding hinges on top and bottom, a small hinge fix is needed on the right side on the bottom so the door the back to original functionality

I have an external wooden sliding door that keeps sticking.

Remove current internal cavity sliding door and replace with new one (just bought and painted). Also toilet seat keeps getting loose. If can tighten that so stays firm.
