Patching up holes in the house

My concrete front porch sunken which affected my front door misaligned therefore having trouble from closing it. I have gotten the porch stabilized but unfortunately the front door & fly screen is still misaligned. Also my wooden door’s key lock having trouble locking. I need to play around with it by before it can be locked up properly.

Need someone to take off door and put new rollers on Wooden Roller Door and put door back on.

Install double French doors that are constructed in door jam. Remove existing door (in door jam).

The frame of the door in the garage is broken and need a new frame.

I posted this job yesterday but not sure why it’s gone - sorry to those who responded. Need these jobs done Monday morning: 1. Two of my doors that used to work perfectly suddenly acting up, not closing properly. Bedroom doors. X2 doors 2. 7 windows locks to look at, to be replaced or fixed, up to you however u want to do it - at your own cost as long as: I) they can be closed and open again II) no more gaps between the window frame or sorts Iii) some of the windows need to be caulked as cold air is getting in 3. Cut a small board, fix up, to fill up the hole on top of window frame x2 probably 900mm x 5-10cm per gap - no idea why it’s this way when we moved in. Clear that leaves around too. Will release payment only upon completion. One day job ideally.

Job: 1. Fix up 7 of the windows lock - as it’s old now. Can replace it or fix up to you. As long as I can open / wind up and close easily. 2. Would def need some carpentry job to fix up the gap as some couldn’t be closed. 3. Caulk 7 windows area (the gap) to stop the cold wind from entering 4. Fix up above the windows (gaps)
