Garage door installation

Door was getting stuck initially so thought maybe wheels are old and rusty so I have put new wheels from Bunnings however the sliding is not smooth as it was not sure what the problem is Please provide quote, we can sort something out

Need to plaster around window. I will further strip back plaster above window. I have plasterboard, pvc beading, plaster multi-purpose already. Just not confident in plastering the window area myself. Want the full window border plastered. I don't have spray adhesive for the pvc beading, but I do have joint/stud adhesive. Want this done asap.
