I’ve taken some doors off to get carpets laid in my house. I need these doors now shaved off at the bottom and rehung. Ideally you’ve got experience with this. In total there are two doors, and 7 smaller wardrobe doors that will need to be shaved and rehung.

Internal door handle needs to be replace. Old handle is off and we have attempted to replace it. Must be done either tonight 8 December or tomorrow 9 December for rental inspection. Not negotiable. We have the replacement handle.

The seal on the bottom of the shower screen door is broken & needs to be replaced.

Install an external door and fit handle, lock, hinges etc. Standard 2040x820 size glazed door, but it will need to to be trimmed down slightly to fit. I would potentially like the door jamb replaced too, but maybe a site visit would be required to determine that?

My fence door is a bit sideways, and got worse due to wind and slamming close. The fence is a bit unstable. Need to align door so it shuts/locks properly and reinforce fence a bit.

Task # 1 We had heater removed recently and need the internal plasterboard wall holes filled and painted. Fix the skirting and flooring gaps. Task # 2 The hinge on the main front door requires replacement and the security door requires a new door closer.

My new place has a sliding door that slides into the wall cavity but it's really stuck so needs re-hanging. There's an extra bit of wood on either side of the door that would have to be removed on one side to access the door to re hang it - see photo with arrows pointing out the bit I mean.
