Find professional weatherboard repairs in VIC

I'm after quotes from a carpenter/handyperson that can repair/replace rotten fascia beams on the front of the roof of the house, as well as replace approximately 10m2 of weatherboard down the side. Also need one fencepost replaced. Note the fascia beams require working at a height and around the existing electrical connection.

A number of weather boards are damaged and needs replacement. Can share measurements and photos Note:- The boards are broken mainly towards the back of the house which is being show. The boards towards the front doesnt need any replacement

Professionally mount 50 inch TV on weatherboard exterior wall. The mount will be supplied, job is for labour only.

Approximately 16 - 20 weatherboards (approx 2m long each) to be removed and replaced with new weatherboards.

Hi We need some rotting weatherboards repaired or replaced, located upstairs (1st Floor). The weatherboards that require attention are on the North facing, West facing and South facing walls. Pull out rotten weatherboards and put in new weatherboards. Estimate about 8 areas need replacing. Some of the work is above head height

Two plynth boards to remove around the house. and move one existing plynth board leaving a Gap.

Put cold water copper in the wall (I’ll take the weatherboards off) Put pvc in wall.

Weather board beside back door has fallen off and needs repairing. The tree root (the tree has been removed) near the garage is lifting the paving up hence needs repair.

Urgent replacement and painting of 4 small weatherboards on side of house. They have rotted through.

Need this hook attached to the plastic frame security door and the weatherboard house to enable us to keep the back door open. No hook for the door just what’s in the photo. Have tried to superglue it 😅😂 didn’t work obviously….
