I have 2 x PVC Venetian Blinds that have been cut to the wrong size, so I need some of the blades cut so it sits correctly within the window opening. 3 x blades on one blind and 2 x blades on the other. repair venetian blind cords

the blind is 180(w)x90(d). The thread on the RHS control (for rolling the blind up and down) is torn. We would like to have this repaired. Futher the current blind is longer than the widown frame by 45cm. Can it be shorted and if yes, how much please.
