Repair of minor damage done to external wall render - see photo. The damage is on the corner of the wall in 3 places. I have the 'Masterwall' render left by the builder which could be used for the repair

Newly rendered walls require paint rolling with a textured roller and cutting in. To blend with existing finish, whole panels will need painting as well. Approximately a day labour. Budget does not allow for paint, which will be paid for additionally.

I have a very small amount of tiling needed on a backsplash and flooring, following a renovation. Tiles will need to be cut. Also, grout needs to be done on the verandah area.

Remove the evaporative cooling box from the roof. The evaporative cooler has already been removed. Cover the hole left in the roof with spare tiles. Repair the gyprock ceiling inside the house. The size of the ceiling to be repaired is 1.5m by 2m.

Carefully removal of 4 x pull down awnings mounted to my house and patch screw holes in the eaves. These awnings are mounted high so you will need some tall ladders to get up there ~ 3.5 - 4M above ground level. 3 of the 4 awnings are visible in this picture the third is around the side of the house and looks identical. - Due date: Flexible
