I’m separating part of my house for a granny flat, l have 1 wall between bedroom’s that l need to sound proof approx 3m wide. 1 stud wall approx 1.8 m wide that l need built, plastered and a door installed. 1 wall built approx 960cm wide. 1wall built approx 960cm wide with a door. And 1 door to be built in an existing wall. I’d like all walls to have soundproofing inside and solid doors.

Electrician needed for the following jobs: - replace 3 x light switches to different face plates - remove 2 x sensor light panels - remove 3 x power point outlets Single storey home. More work needed down the track too.

Fill in a space with timber framing, which is the (size of a regular doorway) and then attach drywall sheets and gap fill so it is ready for painting. There are also two other dinner plate size holes in the ceiling, needing to be patched and painted. All materials supplied. I will get them from Bunning’s before you start.

There is a small patch (6cmx6cm) of rendering that needs to be done on a brick wall of the garage (exterior). Wall is cream in colour and patch up needs to fit this exactly.

Cleaning, repairing and painting

I got a power point moved from one wall to the other (see photos) outside. Flexible cable was used. I no longer need the power point so I would like to move it back to the original wall. Should be very easy.

Getting our house cleaned up for sale and need some small rendering jobs done

I need my awning fitted to my Rhino bar roof racks. I tried but couldn’t do it with tools. Please send a quote as I have know idea how much it would cost to fit. Thanks

I have a standard mirror built in wardrobe. The clothes rail was mounted under the shelf however due to weight of clothes, it has ripped out of the mount I would like this rail reattached in a way which is reinforced and stronger than the original method. What do you recommend is the best way and how much please? (Ignore the price I have written as it will depend on the type of fix you recommend) Wardrobe length is 2m. Rail is still there

Patching 3 x gyprock holes 1 is 300mm x 150mm 2 are approx 150mm2

I’m going to chop out a half wall Maybe a metre high and replace with glass balustrade. I’ll need it replastered where I cut it away from the wall And potentially beaded along the bottom edges so it looks neat

Here’s where my cornices are at now. Cornices have been removed in all 4 rooms, 1 has been plastered but the remaining 3 still require plastering. I need them to be square set. If you can do plastering and painting that would be ideal but let me know what you can do and how much you would charge for the entire job.

Plasterer needed to cut out damage and repair small ceiling patch from a leak. Must be a plasterer, not a handyman sorry. Cut around damage, remove and repatch. 4m high in a high ceiling void so will need tall ladder.

A light switch added under a window, two dodgy switches replaced and a light fixture moved about 40-50cms.

Patch approx 4cm x 3cm hope as per picture with gyprock and patch paint with generic white paint.
