Looking to have old decorative cornices removed and replaced with new plain modern ones. One room only (living room). Rough size of the room is 5.5x6. I have decommissioned my gas ducted heating and want to have the wall vent removed and plastered over. It goes into the linen cupboard and there’s a box over it in the cupboard that I want removed and there would be a hole in the floor to cover over, as the ducted heating was under the house.
