Hi, My house in Blacktown has 3 windows that require awnings. The rain is rotting the wood inside. I've attached some photos of the windows and their dimensions: Window 1 is approx 160 cm width and 130 cm height. Window 2 is the same. Window 3 (bathroom) is 80cm width and 110 cm height. Ideally, I'd prefer an aluminium awning with at stainless steel brackets, so it won't rust. Please provide your quotes (without AirTasker fees - we can work something out) of labour and the image/link of the awnings you'll install. Bunnings have them for $149.85 but they're not wide enough and it has plastic brackets, which is cheap and will most likely require replacing soon. Ideally, I'd like this to be done this week if possible.

I would like an experienced carpenter/builder to rebuild the lower section of a gyprock wall (laundry) where moisture has caused the timber bottom plate and bottom of studs to rot & crumble away. In 2-5 years, I would like to rebuild this entire room (as understand the issue is bigger than this one wall!), but for now, would simply like the wall made structurally sound and rotten material replaced with moisture-resistant alternatives to buy me some time before I plan a bigger renovation. Will need to make the studs structurally sound (add something to support them at the bottom as no longer touching concrete base), add new bottom plate (something moisture-resistant please), and replace the missing gyprock & door framing. I've removed lots of the damaged materials so you can clearly see the issue!

I am looking for a licensed electrician to complete the following work: • Install one ceiling fan (ceiling fan already supplied) • Install one double power point (to be supplied by the electrician) • Install one new wall switch with two switches to operate the ceiling fan - if you need a second switch for isolation, it does have a remote (to be supplied by the electrician) The fan has a light on it and a remote control.
