Walls and roof need to be retouched with plaster if necessary, sanded throughout and painted with two coats. I will provide the paint and plaster, any other equipment needs to be supplied by yourself.

3 sections of wall need to be rendered. The areas that need to be rendered are the exposed brick

I need two IKEA VIGDA curtain rails installed on the ceiling in a bedroom with plasterboard ceiling. There appear to be existing anchors or holes from previous curtain rails, which may be reusable — but I’ll need you to check and mount securely. I have the rails ready; please bring any additional fixings (e.g. plasterboard anchors or toggle bolts) just in case. Location: Naremburn, NSW Preferred day/time: Sat 26.07, 2 pm Standard ceiling height, easy access, can be reached without a ladder.

Need someone th patch the drywall

I need an electrician to install two new power points within the garage. Walls are drywall.

Had a AC vent installed in the bulk head. The bulkhead need to be extended a bit as the vent is over hanging.

Looking at getting a balustrade installed at my front entrance and on the back deck at a later date. I am open to suggestions, but installer must be a fully insured professional.

There’s a hair line crack thru the render need it repaired.

Gyprock / Dry wall fix ceiling, see photos, approx 1.5m x 1.5m

I put my foot through the Gyprock next to the manhole. Needs to be repaired and set ready for painting.

Need help fixing a patch of ripped drywall paper

Any time today, tomorrow/Friday either before 9.30am or after 1pm, Saturday after 11.30am, or Sunday after 11.30am Patch and sand 5 x gyprock ceiling sections (for me to paint later) - 1 x ~20cm where exhaust fan removed, appears to have been bogged previously (I have gyprock piece on hand to use for patch) - 1 x ~30cm (I have gyprock piece electrician cut out) - 1 x section with multiple ~1.4cm holes - 2 x ~2.2cm holes above bathroom mirrors Patch and sand 1 x plaster wall where electrical switch removed Brush/pan/vac supplied to clean up after yourself

The tv wall has been damaged it needs to be repaired along with some touch ups around the house. I have provided the colour code.

Remove 2 awnings, brackets can remain, they do not need removal. Leave awnings on site. Awnings are in 2 seperate units on balconies but in same block. Roughly 6 metres
