I need the joints set in my villaboard sheeted bathroom 2.2M x 1.8M, and also have repaired sections of a gyprock wall + 2 metres of cornice, and ceiling that need the joints set also.

I require a plasterer to fill this hole

Install PowerPoint to available electrical cable. As per picture. Run new cables under the house for 3 new PowerPoints. All material needed will be supplied.

I need a qualified professional to come and install 2x power points in my apartment (I believe it is double brick). One behind the cabinet (1st picture) and Another one at the bottom of the wall underneath the light switch.

Single story house, roof access, access under house and parking in driveway. Walls are gyprock. 1. Install two power points in living room (shown in red in the photos, yellow is the existing power point). 2. Install one light in outdoor bathroom (as shown in photos). Laundry is next door to the toilet so should be able to run cables across. 3. Install new switch cover to fit door frame (hangs over the edge currently).

Small plastering job to cover a hole and add a new, neat hole for desk chords in a wall

Mount dryer on wall, fix ceiling light not working, and resecure loose power point that’s come off the wall.

Removal of 4 sheets of gyprock in the garage. Each sheet is approximately 1m X 2.8m. The gyprock has some mould.

One of the underside panels of the awning above my shopfront has come loose and is hanging slightly. I need someone to inspect and reattach it, or remove and refit it if needed. Looking for someone experienced with awnings, exterior panel work, or general building repairs. The frame appears intact — this looks like a surface panel that has come loose from its fixings.
