There is damage to the walls in our walk in wardrobe caused by the removal of a shelf that was installed during the build. Wanting to fix and repaint before installing new cabinetry.

To move power points in a room and look at changing bathroom lighting

Holes were made when attaching bathroom towel hooks and pictures on the wall.

Put up and secure 3 shelves that fell out of a plasterboard wall in garage and fill in old holes where shelves fell out from. Shelves are heavy so must be properly secured. We have shelves and brackets already. We are available Wed / Thurs / Fri next week.

We have one side of the house that needs to be rendered. It’s about 90cm2. It’s 6m high. We will hire scissor lift and supply the render. Will need to discuss if it’s spray on or apply by hand. Looking for a quote for labour to do it.

The job includes supplying cornice 2 x 2.5m plus little pieces. Plastering around the 3 doors.

We are doing a few maintenance things to the house before selling our family home. We are looking for someone that is willing to travel out there for the job. Photos are attached of the main job We are needing some plastering done/ part of a wall replaced due to cracking in the wall. We need someone with tall trestles but narrower than the standard ones as one trestle would need to be set up in the hallway. In addition to part of the wall that needs to be replaced there is a handful of cracks in other walls and ceilings of bedrooms that need to be filled in.

I have cut two circular saw cut holes in my wall to run some cables . I need these repaired to a point they are ready to paint . I want someone that is experienced and will leave the place as clean and tidy as before
