Looking for a qualified tradesperson to remove the plasterboard wall area (highlighted in image) surrounding an existing built-in wardrobe. The goal is to open up the space for a more open layout and potentially repurpose the surrounding wall area. Wall is likely non-load-bearing, but confirmation is needed. What’s needed: • Cut and remove section of plaster wall (approx. dimensions as marked) • Clean, precise work (minimal mess and clean cut) • patch and re-plaster No painting required Please confirm if licensed and insured.

Verandah roof was not installed correctly, causing rainwater to flow onto the house roof and backflow. A licensed roof plumber is required to adjust the roof

Need roof plumber to install transition flashing to prevent any leaks from heavy rainfall as the gutter between the main roof and pergola is narrow. Will also need to supply the flashing, I will update this with the measurements of the roof soon. Happy to contact your business directly as well.

Plasterboard to be fitted to wall over existing board, plus cornice, to be fully stopped & prepared for painting (no painting) 5.5m x 2.4m. Board & cornice will be supplied and onsite..

Need to pull down plaster ceiling and supply, replaster board and stop up, cornice ready to pain, take away the old plasterboard. Area is 3.9mtrs x 6mtrs approx. I will remove the wood strips, disconnect the lights, speakers and fan and make safe. The existing plaster is about 16yrs old but they didnt glue the plaster to the joists and its has sagged here and there, not repairable. Only want a professional who can do a great job , thx.

Need a 32 amp 3 pin power point, in my garage for EV charging. Switch board is inside the garage and this desired power point is close by adjacent/top of existing 10Amp PowerPoint (in pict). It's close say 4 meters from switchboard. Single storey house, single phase supply.
