Hi there, We are looking for an experienced and meticulous professional to prepare an interior real brick wall for a mural. The key challenge is that this is in a finished, carpeted room. The #1 priority is protecting all surrounding surfaces (carpet, black trim, ceiling) from any dust or mess. The Space: • Wall Type: Real brick (see photo) • Dimensions: Roughly 5m wide x 3.6m high (approx. 18 sqm). To be confirmed after site visit. • Location: Interior, finished room with carpet. • Access: Good, clear access to the wall. Full Scope of Work: 1. Full & Meticulous Protection: You must bring all protective materials (drop cloths, plastic sheeting, tape) to completely mask and protect the carpet, black ceiling beams, black wall trim, ceiling fan, and adjacent walls. 2. Render: Apply a traditional cement render (scratch coat) to the brick wall. 3. Smooth Skim Coat: Apply a smooth-set plaster skim coat over the render. The final finish needs to be perfectly flat and smooth (Level 5 equivalent) as it will be a canvas for a mural. 4. Painting: After the new plaster has fully cured (please advise timeline), seal the wall with a render primer and paint it with 2-3 coats of high-quality white paint. I have a plastic awning, 2 meters x 1 meter that I want put above my laundry door. One end will go into wood, the other end into brickwork. I can supply the bolts if needed, or you supply and I’ll pay for them. The awning has been put together already, just needs to be put up. I can help hold it up/assist with installation if needed just can’t do it by myself.

Need 1 outdoor power point installing and also another in the eaves outside for a plug in ceiling speaker. Existing power is 1-2 metres away in both locations

I would like a power point where there currently is none so I can connect my printer. I think there is power because there is a light switch in the vicinity. Only thing I am concerned about is that the power is also close to the security alarm keypad, and I don’t want that to be restarted/impacted. House is single story. Colourbond roof. A porthole for tradespeople to enter the roof for repairs and maintenance needs enlarging. Only the entry/opening from the eave, (from underneath) needs enlarging, (the plasterboard). The rooftop opening (steel roof) doesn’t need replacing nor doesn’t need enlarging but the lid needs repairing or replacing, as the lid at present is left open and the rain comes into the building.
