We have a tiled roof, and when raining it has some leaks, we have gyprock areas evident of the leak, looking for a professional to find and repair the leaks (we have spare tiles as well), and then to repair the gyprock ceiling, and paint It seems to be in 3 spaces around the house. willing to pay $100 for some one to come out and quote on the job, can then be put through airtasker

Wall that had 2 windows which have been filled in with blue board. This area need to be rendered to match the rest of the wall (paint not required, just render). There are a few small other areas that require patch rendering. Unsure of how much this costs normally.

Need a double power point close to electrical box. Also need a double power point near the shed which is at the end of the driveway. The driveway has recently been ripped up so it’s a good opportunity to run some electrical conduits before the new concrete is poured.

Need a technician asap to fix the door that would not close properly and some of the bitumen tiles needs re-attachment the sooner the better
