Remove the side hole upstairs: put drywall & plaster 3. New placement for the laundry: this will require plumber skills 4. Put a complete bathroom upstairs: can you also do plumbering & electricity? 5. Bathroom renovation 6. Kitchen renovation (tbd) 7. Floor planks (tbd) Maybe we can start with item one and two of the list and decide? Mermaid Waters area, if that works for you. Wall that had 2 windows which have been filled in with blue board. This area need to be rendered to match the rest of the wall (paint not required, just render). There are a few small other areas that require patch rendering. Unsure of how much this costs normally.

Need a double power point close to electrical box. Also need a double power point near the shed which is at the end of the driveway. The driveway has recently been ripped up so it’s a good opportunity to run some electrical conduits before the new concrete is poured.

Part of the render of an exterior wall has bubbled. Going to repaint the wall so need the bubbles cut out and the render patched up and matched to the existing finish. Two sections as per the photos, one is small bubbles in a 1.5m section, the other is large bubbles in a 1m section.
