We currently have a timber balustrade with a cut out step, but we'd like to replace it with a 3/4 height wall and a solid floor with no cut in step. We need someone to frame and plasterboard a 1.7m high by 2.5m long wall, to remove the step and have the floor be returned to all one height and a single external step be constructed (that our floor installer will clad later) If you can set and plaster the wall ready for painting, even better.
