You must have your own power tools, nails/screws, ladder, and any other equipment needed to reinforce or reattach the awning safely. Details: Awning has pulled loose and needs to be re-secured Job should be quick for someone experienced Prefer someone who can come ASAP

I have purchased a Lucca sauna from Alpine spas, it's being installed on Friday but will need a sparky to connect it up for me. I've attached photos, I was thinking and I'm not sure if it's possible to connect via the same electrical system for the pool (see attached photos). Otherwise the eletrical box is at the front of the house along the side path. Thank you

We have a new railing and awning that has undercoat applied already. Also two windows and the surround that needs painting. Verandah will be 2 colours, awning 3 colours and windows up to 2 colours. We have all of the paint. The awning will need some screw holes filled and sanded, the windows might need a light sand. Please note that long posts on the verandah are part of the painting required.

I gave a timber railing on my front verandah with an upper and lower rail and timber slats between. One section of the bottom rail has separated at the join and an upper rail has dropped in one area and a few of the slats have come off where the bottom rail separated and about 10-15 slats need nailing or screwing to the bottom rail as they have come loose. If you have the tools and are handy I think you could knock it over pretty quickly. I would like this task done ASAP.

Newly built apartment included a built in ‘study’ desk that is attached to the wall. I would like it removed and the wall restored/repainted after it is removed. Will provide paint but require someone who has the remaining necessary equipment. Approx 2 meters long. It is affixed by screwed supports as well as glued and caulked so I’m expecting it won’t come off without some damage to the paint/drywall. Note: thank you in advance for your replies - I will not get back to you immediately as I’m out and about this week but will get back over the weekend once I’ve discussed offers and timing with Partner - this will likely not be needed until July / August.
