Hi, I am looking to get a few double plug power points installed, and one existing single point plug replaced with a double. The house is single story brick duplex, and none of the points are on the wall adjoining the neighbours. 1x new one in the bathroom, 1x in one bedroom, which has an existing double point, one in another bedroom that has an existing single point, and a replacement of that single point with a double.

Cracks in cornice and ceiling joins. Need repair and possibly paint as well. Lounge, dining and family rooms are affected

See pic. Need sheet of plasterboard cut to size and installed at hole. Not sure of exact size but i doubt any side of the triangle is >2m. I am too unco to get on roof to measure and live to tell the tale. If you can also install flashing along the top that would be a bonus and happy to discuss further.
