Need a wall plastered and painted. I have paint. The wall had a tv on it. We’ve moved the tv and need it plastered and repainted. Picture is of wall in question. Want the whole wall repainted. Plastering has already been done but there’s a couple small spots that need replastering before painting the whole wall

I need 2 people with ladders to help lift a foldable awning (bar) onto wall brackets while I screw on the holding bracket. Total awning bar weighs about 70 kg. Prefer someone who already is a team of 2 to keep this simple. If you have 2 ladders every better, I have one old one. We’re lifting in about 2.5m from ground. Likely just 20-30 minutes. Literally lift, I screw on the 2 fastening clips. There are 2 awnings total.

My customer purchased a sauna and the side frame panel is cracked. The sauna is fully assembled. It requires gluing and making nice. It does not require to be dissembled.

The previous installer did not secure it properly (insufficient adhesive and poor nailing into framing), so the cornice has come loose and fallen down. Scope of work: • Reinstall plaster (gyprock) cornice securely • Use proper cornice cement/adhesive • Ensure strong fixing into framing • Tidy up joins and finish smoothly • No painting required The original piece is available and can be reused if suitable, otherwise I can purchase a new one if recommended. We require a qualified electrician to assist us with the rewiring of our infrared saunas as part of our voluntary product recall. The heaters in the sauna need to be tested for earthing and rewired. You will need to replace the cables in the heaters in the sauna. We have rework SOP. Approximate job time 2-3 hours per sauna. There will be 10 -20 saunas in the Gold Coast region requiring the same work in the coming weeks so looking for someone with on going work and also do our electrical maintenance on going in the area.
