I want to add a power point to the garage. There is only light and switch, but i need to add power point as well.

Install less then 1 square meter of gyprock. Install 2 L beads. Base coat, top coast and sand

Remove and replace plaster ceiling for hole in the ceiling. Install plasterboard sheet. Sand and set. Prepare and paint ceiling and cornice to match the existing finish in the hall. Replace downlight (supplied). Clean site, remove trade waste, and leave the area tidy.

Remove a building wardrobe. Disassemble and move outside to driveway. Then install an ikea pax wardrobe

Fit off existing electrical box to new aluminium outdoor bbq

Dent in garage wall that needs repairing and painting MUST BE COMPLETED BY 16 Feb

Needing a manhole cut into Gyprock roof. To allow easy access to an aircon unit. Needing hinge’s and a latch? - tradesman will likely need an accurate beam or stud finder, there are metal crossbeams in the roof to avoid. We have a small job in Caringbah South which needs ceiling joins set (PAPER TAPE, not Mesh tape), 55mm cornice installed (we will provide) and a small amount of angle set, all to be sanded ready for painting. The main ceiling is 6.5m x 3.8m with 5 long joins. There is also a small area above the kitchenette about 2sqm, and also a small ensuite 2.5m x 0.9m. Plastering is required for the section above, on the sides and the strip between the cavity and the cupboards. The perimeter bulkhead is 600mm wide and has a return that it is 180mm.
