We’re looking for a skilled plasterer to install new gyprock and some internal wall panelling in our home office. The original plasterboard was removed by an evaluator, and we now need it refitted. Details: • Approximately four full sheets of 13mm plasterboard required, plus a few smaller corner cuts • Wall height: around 2340mm (including ceiling allowance) • All materials are provided – adhesive glue, wall screws, and plasterboard sheets (3–4 sheets available) but okay if you have your own. We just need someone experienced to complete the installation neatly and efficiently.

We need the current awning removed and a new one installed into a rendered wall. We have bought the new awning exactly the same as the picture.

Render the front and side of the brick BBQ

Require an outdoor seated area 6m x 750mm to be acrylic rendered ( entire seat except side facing garden bed) Seat is almost complete with the seated bench ( large pavers) to be completed very shortly

Need new awning framed up , you would get your own material , I will install the roof sheets

I need an electrician to install two new power points within the garage. Walls are drywall.

Install less then 1 square meter of gyprock. Install 2 L beads. Base coat, top coast and sand

Remove and replace plaster ceiling for hole in the ceiling. Install plasterboard sheet. Sand and set. Prepare and paint ceiling and cornice to match the existing finish in the hall. Replace downlight (supplied). Clean site, remove trade waste, and leave the area tidy.

Remove a building wardrobe. Disassemble and move outside to driveway. Then install an ikea pax wardrobe

Fit off existing electrical box to new aluminium outdoor bbq

Dent in garage wall that needs repairing and painting MUST BE COMPLETED BY 16 Feb

Create power point behind flat tv- (The Current tv power source is a cable running in wall) mount sound bar on wall below tv and connect Run power point for sub - Due date: Before Friday, 20 October 2023

Two holes in Gyprock walls to be patched and sanded ready to repaint. Hole 1 = 4cm x 1 cm approx Hole 2 10cm x 10cm approx - Due date: Flexible

Need the wall rendered and painted. 22m long 0.5m high (front face), 0.2m (top), 0.2 m (rear). Finish like last photo provided ie white colour. Will also need damaged section fixed (per 2nd last pic) - Due date: Before Monday, 31 July 2023

Needing a manhole cut into Gyprock roof. To allow easy access to an aircon unit. Needing hinge’s and a latch? - tradesman will likely need an accurate beam or stud finder, there are metal crossbeams in the roof to avoid. Want a clean finished job as it’s in our main bathroom - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 29 May 2023

We have a small job in Caringbah South which needs ceiling joins set (PAPER TAPE, not Mesh tape), 55mm cornice installed (we will provide) and a small amount of angle set, all to be sanded ready for painting. The main ceiling is 6.5m x 3.8m with 5 long joins. There is also a small area above the kitchenette about 2sqm, and also a small ensuite 2.5m x 0.9m. Only setting materials need to be supplied by you. Please see photos. - Due date: Flexible
