Hi guys, I need a Handyman, carpenter, brickie, or experienced labourer to help with a renovation in Annandale. First job will be to cut a small section of brickwork to create a larger opening. This will be less than 1m height. Then brick up 500mm high as well as install a lintel. Prefer someone with all round experience in Renovations as I have more work moving forward. Looking for someone on an hourly rate only. Please don't bother quoting as I have lots of small jobs or even ongoing work. I have an image for reference of this small opening.

Tape, set and sand smooth (ready for paint, but painting not required). Build/install small manhole (example photo attached) with access panel for future aircon servicing. Hi there, I've got three items of electrical work that need doing at my home: 1. Install a new power point in the wall of a wardrobe. There is another power point directly on the other side of the wardrobe wall less than 10cm away from desired place of the additional power point. 2. In the shed there is a power point with 2x buttons (one powers pool light, the other powers the garden lights). The pool light button continues to short out/stays on for 1-2 seconds and then turns off. The other button for the garden lights is working fine. 3. I have a garden light that needs to be fully replaced (I have the garden light ready to go), but needs connecting to the power.

Garage has power cables in conduit attached to the walls. We need 3 extra double power points installed branching off the conduit. Two are required close to the existing conduit and one needs 3 metres of additional conduit installed. You provide all materials (new conduit, power points, connectors) The first picture show an existing power point. The second picture shows one location that needs to have a power point added. The third picture shows another location that needs a power point about a metre below the conduit. I need someone who can inspect a corner of a bedroom for mould and tell me how I should remediate it (ie if replacing is okay or if the wall needs more complex remediation). Separately I have a small amount of ceiling mould in the bathroom where a gutter overflowed to have checked and fixed. And lastly one skylight has some light mould to be removed.

Hi, We have recently installed new floors. When removing the beading the skirts moved and have caused cracks and damage along the wall/shirt line (roughly 4-5 meters in total). I’m looking for a simple patch (no painting involved). Cheers, David
