Rendering and painting the front house (both sides ) I want to paint the walls white and the gates black Height 150 cm 16metres long

I am remodelling my kitchen. I took down a wall and I need the ceiling and wall patched up. The plaster thickness is 10mm. The ceiling hole approx sizes are: - 500mm x 300mm - 2600mm x 300mm Wall size hole is about 2500mm x 200mm Also there is a small section of cornice, which has a wall drop of 90mm. This is about 300mm wide. Also I took tiles and plaster off for a new kitchen backsplash. This needs to be replaced, but I will be putting tiles on top of this, this does not need a good finish in this section. - 2600mm x 320mm - 2560mm x 320mm Finally one small light switch hole that has moved needs patching up.

The supporting beam under the slatted awning in the photos is rotten and needs to be replaced. A whole piece should be running from one post to the other. I can do the painting myself, I just need the timber replaced. The job can be done on these dates: 9-10-11th of January.

I need a qualified and experienced tradesperson to urgently inspect and repair a sliding glass door at a rental property. As shown in the photos: • The glass panel is no longer seated correctly in the frame • The glazing bead and seal have separated • The glass is shifting inside the track, indicating the previous repair was not done properly • The glass is not secure, and there is a real safety risk if the panel slips or drops out Job Requirements: • Inspect door and identify cause • Refit glass panel correctly and securely • Replace glazing bead/seal if required • Ensure door operates smoothly and safely • Provide photos of completed work • Must have experience with glass/sliding door repairs

We had a roof leak whilst we were away and 1 plasterboard sheet under the leak requires replacement. We will repaint after works so scope is to replace plasterboard and patch joins.

Plasterboard walls in my garage have had shelves removed and I need to have the holes that have been left and marks from where the shelf supports were etc. patched and repaired, sanded and made ready for painting. Also want to patch/fill and sand ready for painting old nail/screw holes and divots in the ceiling plasterboard

2.4 x 3 m slab has moved at joint. Need a solution. I think it would need jackhammered up & redone with concrete. Could be more concreting needed around house.

Summary: Water damaged area. 3 walls affected that surrounds what was a leaking shower. Some mould is present that will need to be treated. Details: -Supply and install floor protection and remove once job completed. -Remove and dispose of water damaged gyprock, moldings approx. 1.2m to main bedroom/living areas and linen cupboard. -Temporary remove power points behind TV cabinet and reinstall once new gyprock has been installed. -Treat mould to framework. -Supply and install new gyprock, set and sand joints. -Supply and install new architraves, skirting and new shelf in linen cupboard. -Undercoat affected areas only and apply 2 coats of low sheen paint to entire wall, so as not to see difference between old and new. -Paint architraves and skirting to affected areas only with 2 coats of oil-based paint. -Remove all rubbish and leave area tidy.
