Need help with excessive traffic noise

40m2 office converted to podcast studio. Work has begun, need finishing (builder suffered injury at home). Soundclip and furring channel for walls and ceiling, light floating floor and a new ceiling bulkhead to be constructed. Suit someone with home theatre construction experience.

I would like to make this side fence more soundproof to eliminate traffic noise. Not sure if metal or wood backing to each part of the fence but am open to ideas. Would also consider a vinyl wrap or something similar if it will help with noise. The gate still needs to open and close normally so I think 3 separate backings will be needed. And it needs to look aesthetically pleasing!
