Professional locksmith required to fix or replace sliding door lock. The door is approx 30 years old and the original lock only works on occasion.

I have three general jobs: 1) I have 7x smoke alarms that need to be installed in the ceiling. (There are lithium ion battery operated and do not need wire connections). The alarms can mostly be installed in-place of the old, wired alarms - please disconnect and remove the old installation plates in the ceiling. I'm not sure if patching is required. Please supply your own screws and wall mates as the screws supplied with the smoke alarms don't seem to be the right size. 2) There are 5 doors in the house which are not closing/latching properly. 4 of the doors are closing but just not latching easily. 1 of the door is not closing, the door grinds into the frame in one corner and gets stuck. 3)I have a heavy internal wooden sliding door which has a stopper in the runner above, but the stopper keeps coming close and the door keeps sliding out of position. Just need a solution to keep the stopper in place, maybe an extra screen through the runner.

I need someone to fix the two sliding doors. One is a glass door. Another is a fly screen. The glass door is just heavy and doesn’t glide with ease. The fly screen has a latch that isn’t aligned anymore and doesn’t close unless force is used.

Two tasks need to be done 1. Install 2 roller blinds: 210cmx210cm and 120cm x 210cm. I’ll provide the blinds 2. There is a patio door which is misaligned so doesn’t close properly. Could you fix it? There is a screw on top of the door that needs to be adjusted to adjust the level but we aren’t able to do it I’ve provided photos

A few things I would like help with please, at my apartment on Alfred Street in Fortitude Valley. Firstly, a glass sliding door to the balcony has a lock which is no longer working properly, and jamming. I expect a replacement of the lock or a repair of some sort. And then a new smart lock (Lockly Vision Latch) I already have, to be installed for the Apartment entrance door (fire rated door) which has a deadlock above the usual handle which is in the way for installing the new smart lock amends likely needs to be relocated a little higher. Also to patch the hole with moving the deadlock though I plan to sort repainting later. Please do advise if removing the deadlock and patching the hole first is a better approach, so I can look to arrange that separately. Other future dates may be suitable else looking at AM on Thursday 18 Sep or Friday 29 Sep before 2pm as I have to work between short stay guests. I also realise there may be unknowns, extra locks, parts etc so possibly extra costs to follow. Many thanks

Tresco garden shed (glides on the sliding doors have broken). I have bought new door glides (see photo), but to put these new ones in, you have to unscrew a few screws from the side of each panel. Unfortunately, these screws have rusted and I can't undo them. Just need a quote to install these new glides (there is a video online on how to install them). See photo of shed attached.

Sliding door track has come away from wall - nails pulled out a bit. Needs to be re-fixed to wall and doors adjusted to be square.
