Sealant around the glass shower doors has started to fail, which means water is getting onto the floor each time I shower. Job is to apply sealant to prevent water leaking outside the shower. This may require existing sealant to be removed.

My bathroom shower screen hinges are old and need replacing. The issue is shower screen is heavy and finding the right hinges and to replace them is difficult so that's what I need. Not sure if this is a one person or two person job. I need the person to help source the hinges as well. Shoot me an offer. I put $10 in budget as I have no idea about costing.
