Have a Telstra 5G router which appears to not be broadcasting a SSID.... Its at an Airbnb the guest has already attempted to do a hard reset but I'm not sure if that was successful... Looking for someone to go down there and resolve this. Some technical skills required like logging into the router to fix any settings if applicable.

Need upstairs modem connected to downstairs nbn box by data inputs on each device that are then paired. This is what the nbn technician advised.

Troubleshoot internet/router configuration

I have NBN with provider TPG. I’ve upgraded the service for a higher speed which meant I needed to upgrade the router to a netgear nighthawk ax3000. I need assistance getting things up and running. Getting to the final stage where vlan settings are required to be enabled is causing an issue where the wifi connection drops out. Need someone to probably connect to the router via Ethernet cable to complete setup and then trouble shoot with either TPG or Netgear to get it functioning properly.

I’ve just moved into a new place and brought my Netgear modem/router with me. Problem is, it’s not connecting properly with my new Superloop internet service it keeps dropping out and won’t stay connected. Superloop support says it’s a Netgear/modem issue, but I can’t figure out the right configuration. I need someone with technical experience in setting up Netgear devices (and ideally Superloop connections) to: 1. Check and properly configure my existing modem/router. 2. If it still doesn’t work, head to Officeworks (or another nearby store), pick up a compatible replacement modem, and set it up. – I’ll cover the cost of the new modem and compensate you for your time/travel. Looking for someone who can get this sorted asap today so I can get back online without dropouts. Thanks in advance!
