Clean gutters, it has Aluminium gutter guards, can pressure clean from top, but make sure its clean and debris free, make sure the gutters down pipes are clean and water flows out.

Rain water leak from roof valley. Perhaps the whole valley needs replaced or there is an easy fix. Located in wellard 6170. Valley about 5 meters long with tile roof and the some of the ridge cap will need to be moved to get to the valley. Best if you come have a look then me sending pictures
