Hi, need to have a licensed roofer to replace tiles and timber battens on the roof area due to chemical delignfication. Around 10% of the roof. Also need to replace some tiles due to tile fretting. We have new tiles available on the site.No timber battens.

Laserlite panelling under an eave sheet was secured by heavy application of silicon because of lack of access directly above it. I would like to either a) remove and replace silicon layer on all this side or b) find another way to secure it while not ruining the aesthetic from underneath

Task 1. Chimney top end needs to be capped or coved. Chimney is not being used. Task 2, found moisture stain from top floor ceiling. Needs to re-seal or repair roof leakage. It is most likely to be from where TV antenna is. The house has 2 levels.
