We have a small tree growing in our guttering/wall (I'm not able to 100% confirm). I need someone to safely access it and remove, roots and all to ensure it doesn't grow back again. There are two access points: From the back and skylight. We've had possum catchers on the roof before, so I know access is possible. This needs to be done safely with the necessary equipment.

Supply and install a downpipe spreader to the upper roof (above and awning) of my single storey house. The area below the downpipe is tight and I can’t get near enough to provide diameters on the downpipe itself.

I've just moved into a ground floor apartment and I've noticed that when noise comes through from the foyer, it’s quite loud. The door has fairly large gaps around the edges, so I was wondering if there's a way to soundproof it. I've attached some photos of the door-please let me know if anything can be done. Thanks!

There are a number of areas of water leaks in the house. Most emanting from the roof and/or balcony. I need someone to inspect the roof and areas of leakage, find the cause and provide an estimate for repairs.

Ideally need a roofer that has a tall ladder that can reach the roof of the 2 storey property to remove the hanging wood piece and clean gutter. We have tried to use a 4.7M ladder to access it, however was still too far to reach. So definitely needs a roofer or someone that has cleaned the gutter before

Unfortunately, my team canceled yesterday evening. There are 3 cleanings left start at 12pm. The first one is in Putney, the second in Rozelle, and the last one in Lilyfield. All are double-storey buildings, and two have higher access.
