Clean gutters - clean gutter and Downpipe to 1x approx 5m section of patio. - inspect and clean (if required) 3 sections of guttering covered by gutter guard. The roof battens are receiving moisture when it rains around the chimney which may be due to a poor job done when the chimney was installed.
