no idea of cost, so just put a random number. Front porch gutters are in bad shape, so need repairing or replacing. The left hand side one is quite bad, the right hand side one is still ok, but best to do both. Length of each gutter is approx 3050mm.

Recent inspection showed about 12 tiles need replacement. Also a bit of roof and gutters cleaning is required. Tiles are flat type. See the photos which show the type of tiles required.

Looking for someone to replace a broken corner tile on my tiled roof after recent storm damage. Small job, just the one section needs replacing. Roof is single-storey (easy access). I’m I’m looking for someone to build a protective structure around my sauna so it can be placed outside and kept safe from the rain. Photo shows ponding on roof, causing leaking of roof below. Clearing leaves from gutter may be a fast fix (not sure) but there is plenty of water damage and other things that could be done. Budgeting for 3-4 hours work, could extend if needed.
