I want the roof, gutter and fascia to be painted in colour bond - shale grey. Expected is steam clean, Prep treat, high build sealer, 2x coats of paint. All supplies required to do the job supplied by you.

No need to get on roof. Just leaves out of gutters from ladder. Need urgent to avoid overnight downpour as water coming into building.

Need the gutter cleans on one side of the house. It’s two stories, so need either an extension or correct equipment to clean. Preferably someone with experience on this one. It’s got years of accumulation to point some weeds are growing out of it. I did other side of house but this side I’ve avoided as I don’t have right equipment to do it. It’s about 25m run.

Interior roof needs painting. I accidentally painted it with low sheen, correct Dulux “cotton ball” roof paint will be provided. Own equipment will be needed. Hallway Kitchen Living room as per photos Further work will be needed a week later. Gloss work on skirting boards, and touch ups.
