I need my gutters cleared. It is single & 2 storey house. I am able to do some sections of it myself. The part I need help with is approximately 40m in length. Job needs to be done before Monday. So needs to be done today, Saturday afternoon (after 12.30) or Sunday. It is a terracotta roof tile & part colorbond. I am currently selling my house so I need the job to be done cleanly avoiding dirtying the walls of my house.

Visually the roof tiles are all good in this area, possibly broken roof tile at surrounding area, and the water flows to this lower area, or rusty gutter

Repairng the rotted facia corner on the roof as highlighted in the picture. Replace the rotted timber with new ones. The roof is on the second level, so a high ladder is needed.

Looking to rehang, possibly replace, gutter (change where downpipe is) and add new downpipe. Would also like inspect\quote on some other parts of roof drainage.

2 storey house. Long gutters along length of 2nd story on both sides. Roof has pool heater and solar panels that must be avoided. Lower roof gutters not included in job.

The valley on the roof of our covered deck is blocked and it is causing a leak. We need the valley cleared. The valley is covered by a guard. We would also like a section of the guard permanently removed. Please note that the roof is about 9-10 metres above ground level.

I need someone to: Waterproof the ground corner areas (to prevent moisture/damp). Paint the entire room (walls + ceiling) in a bright white colour to create a clean finish. Room dimensions: 2.7m (L) x 2.6m (W) x 2.5m (H). Space is currently empty apart from one metal shelving rack and some small items (as shown in photos). Budget: $350. I will supply paint and waterproof membrane only. You bring your tools. Timing: Preferably tomorrow (Sunday) or Monday at the latest.
