Looking for an experienced NSW-licensed roofer to supply and install Colorbond over-roofing system OVER our existing intact asbestos cement roof (no need remove any asbestos sheets). - Location: Regents Park 2143 (roof area ~170sqm) ​ - Existing roof: Intact asbestos corrugated sheets, no visible cracks/damage, long time no clean the gutters blocked the drainage - Scope of work: 1. Install new roof battens, sarking, and Colorbond steel sheets (standard profile, e.g., Corrugated or Trimdek) ​ 2. Supply and install new flashings, gutters, and downpipes (to replace old blocked ones) ​ 3. Ensure all work complies with NSW safe work practices for asbestos encapsulation ​ 4. Full site cleanup and removal rubbish(no asbestos waste involved) ​ - Key requirement: NO asbestos removal – only safe encapsulation by covering the existing roof ​ - Please provide: 1. Total quote (materials + labour) ​ 2. Estimated completion timeline 3. Colorbond colour options ​ 4. Examples of similar over-roofing jobs on asbestos roofs

Our pergola in the back is leaking. Need someone to find the leak in the roof or gutter and fix it.

We have a fume hood (like an range hood) with an extraction fan. The fan needs to be connected to the roof (90cm above) to colorbond roof. A 300mm pipe (metal or pvc), needs to be installed upwards, and a cowl needs to be installed on top. We already have an extraction fan.A hole needs to be drilled into the roof, which is right above the hood, its not a thick roof, just some regular colorbond (its not angled). - Due date: Flexible
