The wall was damaged when there was a heavy rain and storm. It wasn’t damaged by the storm but it happened when there were continuous rain hitting on the wall and patch just fall off. So need to fix the roof capping and side wall patch.

2x Old zincalume downpipes need removal and replaced with new PVC ones. 1 maybe 2 new downpipes to be installed to ease backflow issues causing water damage to eaves.

Hi I need some to clean gutters in my single storey house. It’s new house so need someone to get rid of leaves and dirt.

Remove gutter down pipe, if can we replace the position ? I am looking this space for outdoor kitchen.

My fan in my bathroom is semi-broken, and has caused some mildew like marks on my roof and walls in my bathroom. I have an inspection an a few weeks, where i plan to tell my agent about it to get it fixed. In the meantime i have tried to clean this, but the marks aren't coming off. And i don't have a ladder or suitable chairs to reach the points that need to be cleaned. Does anyone have the cleaning products, and the ability to help me out to clean JUST THE WALLS AND ROOF AREAS that are affected with the moisture build up markings? I have a portable cage and I wish to enclose for weather protection of my chickens.
