2x Old zincalume downpipes need removal and replaced with new PVC ones. 1 maybe 2 new downpipes to be installed to ease backflow issues causing water damage to eaves.

My fan in my bathroom is semi-broken, and has caused some mildew like marks on my roof and walls in my bathroom. I have an inspection an a few weeks, where i plan to tell my agent about it to get it fixed. In the meantime i have tried to clean this, but the marks aren't coming off.
