Our place was finished in 2025 but doesn’t seem like there is enough insulation for soundproofing and keeping out the heat in summer. Looking to add second layer insulation and top up areas where there is little or no insulation. Let’s discuss a price that is fair for both of us.

I would like to replace my existing garage skylight sheet with a new clear polycarbonate skylight sheet. At the same time, I’d also like to replace one adjacent metal roof sheet with another clear polycarbonate sheet to allow more natural light into the garage. Please remove and dispose of the old sheets and install the new polycarbonate sheets using appropriate roofing screws. Please provide a quote for labour and materials. Roof leaking - need to fix it asap

Need an ACMA cabler or electrician to install about 15m length of internal NBN conduit pathway. The entry point is at the awning line on the outside wall. You will need to run 20mm white telecom conduit in the roof space, run it diagonally across the timber trusses under a terracotta tile roof, and drop it down into the Study room’s internal drywall where the NBN connection box will be located. Must secure the conduit to rafters to prevent sagging and use sweeping radius bends. Heavy-duty draw string must be left inside the conduit. Quote inclusive price (stating materials + labour costs).

There are no trees around the house, so the gutters would be primarily dirt. On the left side of the house, there is no sun and I can see something started to grow there, so that may need a little more attention. The house is 2013 build, standard 3 bed 2 bathroom

Hi Need to put it either strutting beam with strut to support roof for upcoming solar panels. Roof is in good conditions but just want to put some extra support for piece of mind: Roof in sound condition, just been recently replaced from tiled roof to metal. Timber frame roof. A 2 story building with tiled roof. Most of the moss is at the first level section of roof but there is some on the upper roof section. We have found a product that can be sprayed onto the tiles ( or another product can also be used that works) that over time will reduce/eliminate the moss. Access to roof is easy.
