Task Description: Hi, post this task again, because the previous guy didn’t show on the booking date. I need someone to bird-proof my solar panels on a Colorbond (metal) roof. Scope of work: 1. Clean Out: Remove any existing bird nests, debris, and droppings from underneath the solar panels 2. Supply & Install Mesh: It can be any type of effective bird mesh (wire, plastic, or steel) around the entire perimeter(approx. 50m perimeter). As long as it effectively blocks birds, I’m open to any material. No Drilling: Mesh could be secured using clips or ties. No drilling into the solar panels or the Colorbond roof. Fit to Profile: The mesh must be shaped to fit the corrugated profile of the Colorbond roof so there are no gaps for birds to squeeze through. Budge: Labour $500+ material $250 Notes: The second photo shows the access. Though it is double storey, you can access thru the carpark roof to the second storey. Please specify in your offer what type of mesh you will be using.

Need house gutter cleaning done

I live in a two storey house in Mawson Lakes with a flat metal roof. I think pigeons have begun nesting on my roof under the solar panels and may have found a way to enter the roof cavity. I can hear a pigeon or two now roaming inside the roof cavity and plenty roaming around on the actual metal roof. Ideally, I’d like someone who can get up on the roof and see what’s happening (possibly identify how they are getting in and solve that problem) but then also come into the house and use the manholes / vents to access the roof cavity and get any pigeons in there out.

I seem to have a lot of pigeons that like the roof of my house. I’d like to install pest control pigeon spikes around my roof. One key consideration is that I live in a two storey house in Mawson Lakes so you’ll need a very tall ladder to get up on to the roof. The price I am quoting is for labour. I’ll purchase the spikes in advance from Bunnings.

I need the box gutters on my roof cleaned (leaves and any mud or dirt). I living in a two storey house in Mawson Lakes (flat roof) so you'll need a long ladder to get up there.

Requirement for water leaking insurance claim

Water leak due to wild weather yesterday. Gutters are overfilling and coming through cornice and beam ( previous room extension ). Need someone to diagnose and fix cause of water getting through as seems as though gutters are clean.
