I've had a lot of pigeon activity on my roof so I recently had the solar panels wrapped and box gutters sealed. However, a few pigeons somehow snuck into my roof cavity and seem to have died in there because I can smell a horrible decaying waft of air when I turn on my aircon. I had someone come into my home and access the roof cavity through the manhole but it is too narrow to be able to get inside. The only other option is (it seems) is to cut out another manhole in the ceiling of the bedroom (possibly more than one manhole if necessary) to get the dead pigeons out and then fix up the ceiling and re-paint the whole ceiling of the bedroom. It is a small bedroom and a regular size ceiling so you wouldn't require any special ladder or anything of that sort. But I do need someone experienced at cutting out / fixing walls / ceilings and painting afterwards.

I live in a two storey house in Mawson Lakes with a flat metal roof. I think pigeons have begun nesting on my roof under the solar panels and may have found a way to enter the roof cavity. I can hear a pigeon or two now roaming inside the roof cavity and plenty roaming around on the actual metal roof. Ideally, I’d like someone who can get up on the roof and see what’s happening (possibly identify how they are getting in and solve that problem) but then also come into the house and use the manholes / vents to access the roof cavity and get any pigeons in there out.

I seem to have a lot of pigeons that like the roof of my house. I’d like to install pest control pigeon spikes around my roof. One key consideration is that I live in a two storey house in Mawson Lakes so you’ll need a very tall ladder to get up on to the roof. The price I am quoting is for labour. I’ll purchase the spikes in advance from Bunnings.
