Additional sarking required under colourbond roof. The company that did the re-roof 5 years ago left some out near the gutter(see photo) From lifting a few sheets, I estimate that approximately 2 meters of sarking is missing near the gutter spread over 2 sheets ( ie about 4 square meters). In addition approximately 200mm of sarking is missing near the gutter spread over 2 other sheets. ( ie about 0.5 square meter). Job description and other information: 1. Refer attached 4 photos 2. Lift say 4 or 5 sheets of colourbond and assess the problem 3. Place new sarking (at the gutter end) where it is missing 4. Tuck new sarking under existing and seal the join 5. The colourbond sheets and sarking run from the ridge cap to the gutter 6. The problem is all in the same area (ie 4 or 5 adjacent sheets) at the gutter end 7. Place some silicone sealer at the ridge cap of the 4 or 5 sheets. 8. Place some expander foam at a gutter ‘dog leg’ for about 1 meter ( expander foam provided) 9. The Sarking to be provided by the Airtasker 10. Access to the roof is easy 11. Single story private home 12. Will be flexible on job scope 13. Price negotiable 14.
