Gutter cleaning, 2 story residential building with tin roof. Harness essential.

Quick job for someone who's good at silicone work. This aluminium gutter junction leaks in heavy rain. I'd do it myself but I'm terrible with silicone! If it's done well I have a few other similar bits that need doing too.

I need some tech screws put into flashing and roof checked after the stormy weather. Tech screws would be no more than about 6. Need it done quickly as it is a security problem. It’s on a garage roof so it’s not that high easy access.

Tin roof needs the flashing secured, need a drill and ladder. Probably no more than 12-16 Tech screws if that, and one small latch. It’s on the roof not in the roof. Estimate no more than an hours work, close to city so could do the job on way home. The roof is on a garage and isn’t that high off the ground. Thank you no pics

Help Needed – Run CAT6 Cables Through Roof Void (Colorbond Roof Lift – Labour Only) Description: I’m looking for a reliable and experienced person to help me run several CAT6 cables from the garage to different rooms of the house. The roof void does not have cavity access, so the only way to pass the cables is by lifting the Colorbond roof panels from a single-storey roof section. Job Details: • Location: North Perth • Labour only – I have all materials and most tools, but feel free to bring your own • Must be confident working at height and removing/replacing Colorbond roof sheets • You will support by lifting panels and assisting in guiding cables through the void • No need to terminate CAT6 cables – I will handle terminations • I will be present to assist, guide, and manage cable pulling Photos of the area are attached for reference Preferably completed tomorrow (weather looks good – no rain forecast) Hourly rate – we can agree on a fair rate and minimum hours Please respond if you have experience with Colorbond roofing or similar jobs and are available at short notice.

New downpipes installed to an old house. Will will provide the pipe and any extras needed

I have 5 jobs that I need done on Monday and 5 jobs on Tuesday. Price is for 1 day. Would be double for two days. I need help with a few small repairs to gutters and downpipes: • Gutter End Cap Repair: Supply and install a new gutter end cap to fix damage and prevent water leakage (see attached photos). The gutter is accessible from the ground floor. • Rain Head Overflow: Drill an overflow hole in the rain head. Apply corrosion protection. The rain head is accessible from the ground floor. • Downpipe Spreader: Drill holes at the front of the downpipe spreader to direct water flow in line with the roofing. Apply corrosion protection. The downpipe is accessible from the ground floor. I can make myself available during the week and weekends, but we need to agree on a suitable date/time first. Let me know if you need more details.

We are looking to get our house roof painted by an experienced roof painter - we have terracotta tiles that have been painted previously. We are on a 486 sqm for reference with the photos

House requires ceiling insulation installed

Sound proof room needing to be built Room to be built into warehouse. You can use ware house walls and roof for support as its very close to the right dimensions. Ceiling to be made sound proof also. 2x sets of double doors to be fitted into frame. We would assume its being contracted with sound check panels and sound roof insulation. Gutters have holes and are warped.

I need two hours of gutter cleaning/ inspection. I can see some leaf debris in a valley and suspect there is more. The lowest part of the roof is 5m from ground level (single story house). I have a leak in the house so need this done ASAP please.

Remove existing flashing and supply/install new roof flashing approx. 5m.

Have the roof lining soggy in VW golf 2012 no sunroof. So want to get that fix. I have another car VW Jetta 2013 no sunroof as well, with the same issue. Need the best quote for getting both fixed.
