No hot water from Rooftop hotwater system. Checked both valve and found the hot water valve is not working. This unit had been installed by URECO in 2018 There are few more plumbing task at my place such as Kitchen tap leaks and laundry taps leak. Once we confirm the hot water job, we can talk about the rest.

Shed is currently getting some condensation inside and there is no roof vent. Need to install a vent for airflow and reduce the risk of mould. Some water is also entering between the slab and bottom edge of shed. Can provide roof vent if it is easier.

Require handyman to repair my fallen gutter next to carport from recent strong winds. Needs some liquid nails screwed in to keep it firm and resistant to any further damage from strong winds. Job shouldn't take longer than half an hour. Must have own equipment to complete job. - Due date: Flexible
