We’re seeking an experienced, insured contractor to complete a full gutter clean (plus minor roofline vegetation trimming) for our small residential complex (3 dwellings + office): • 1 x 4-bedroom double-storey house • 1 x double-storey apartment • 1 x double-storey section of a cottage Scope of works: • Clean all gutters and downpipes (remove leaf litter, debris, and buildup) • Flush/check downpipes to ensure they’re flowing properly • Leaf clean-off of other roof areas on the property (as needed to prevent immediate re-blockage) • Trim back ivy and selectively cut back small branches that are rubbing on or overhanging gutters (light pruning only around gutter lines) • Remove all waste/green waste from site and leave areas tidy Important notes: • Roofs are double-storey with a steep pitch, so this job requires the right access equipment and strong safety practices. • Please only apply if you have appropriate equipment (e.g., ladder systems, roof safety gear, harnessing where required) and experience working safely at heights. • Must be able to complete the job without damaging roof surfaces, gutters, gardens, or pathways. I have a roof leak that appears to be coming from the valley / flashing area where two tiled roof sections meet (see photo).
