Install a soffit/eaves vent to terminate a 100mm duct from a bathroom exhaust fan. The duct is currently fed into the soffit space above the proposed location of the vent. **Note this soffit surface is on a 3rd story roof. See pictures (2 story house with storage area below). Measures ~8.5m from the ground surface to the soffit surface. Access is down the pictured steps from a garage.** Tasker would need to supply own ladder to reach this soffit, as well as appropriate tools to drill/cut a round hole in the soffit (size reguired 110mm per instructions on vent), attach provided vent to the ducting with the provided ducting clamp and then secure with screws to the soffit board. Ducting from the fan has been run into the soffit space and is accessible by reaching through the created hole hole into soffit space and retrieving it so it can then be attached to the vent. Materials pictured (Vent, hose clamp) and appropriate wood screws are provided to facilitate completion of the task. This job would suit someone comfortable with cleaning gutters, accessing roofs, or doing other tasks at this height. Price Negotiable within reason. I have a drip from inside a metal down pipe. Starts when rains or overnight due to condensation. Very annoying. 2 story house. Where the water hits is about halfway up (easier to get to). Need someone to either: - fix length of rope to the top of the down pipe and hang it down the inside of the down pipe. Theory is that this will attract the water and stop the drip. - or cut open near where is dripping and glue some sponge or scouring pad to inside. Then repair cut down pipe. Whatever rope you got will do. Will need a ladder to get you up to the roof if you do that one. Have a video that I can send which should help. Thanks

I need an internal wall sheeted with VJ style panel. It will need internal studs/structure. It also needs to have sound proofing insulation as it’s a bed room wall. The dimensions and f the wall are 2600 wide and 3050 high. I DON’T require skirting boards or and trim. All furniture can be removed.

Good morning guys, Hope you are all doing well following these unprecedented rains we have just had. Please can you review the attached two pictures and identify a solution to better distribute the downpipe flow with a new distributor to the below roof so that a more balanced flow reaches the below guttering. At the moment, during heavy rainfall, the water seems to move right through the pipe to the end with little to any flow through the four upstream holes.
